TRADING TABLES: SATURDAY 3RD NOVEMBER
A sales table is a single standard 6ft x 2ft trestle style table and comes with one chair as standard. Close parking is limited in the area so we will not be able to offer free parking at the venue, there are a plenty of paid car parks locally as well as free street parking. There is also a paid car park directly behind the venue. The venue is The Market Hall, The Custard Factory, Gibb Street, Digbeth, Birmingham, B9 4AA.

We are running a single price for each table, the majority of the tables (if not all) will be wall tables in the venue. There is space initially for 50 tables at the venue, so purchasing a slot will be on a first come first served basis, the trading space will be allocated from the entrance downwards on purchase. The price per pitch is a £45 flat fee.
Please bring your own table cover if you need one.
All traders are expected to have their own insurance policies in place to trade in the venue as standard, as it is an event open to the general public. Please bring a copy of your policy with you in case it is needed.
Electricity points are available around the venue, if you require electricity please let us know before hand and insure that your equipment is PAT tested. If you have any other special requirements please let us know.
You are more than welcome to sell anything from film and TV, toys, memorabilia, records, books, posters, games, comics, clothing and art etc. Please ensure that if you are selling licensed products that you have the appropriate paperwork to hand. It is illegal to sell licensed products without the appropriate permissions. Please make sure that what you are selling is legal in this country, we reserve the right to shut tables should this not be the case on the day. Please make sure that any over 18 explicit material is displayed appropriately as minors will be allowed in the venue. The sale of weapons is not permitted at the event. Food sales are also not permitted at the event.
There will be professional security at the venue at all times including checking tickets at entry.
All booking are final, non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled when a full refund will be made to all traders.

LOADING IN/OUT OF THE VENUE
Loading will be via the courtyard Market Hall front entrance (opposite The Mockingbird Cinema), there is a drop off point by the reception area leading into the courtyard on Gibb Street.
